[Mpi-forum] Finding a suitable meeting time for MPI Tools Working Group

Dear all,

as announced during the December meeting this week, the tools working 
group wants to work on some larger proposals again (QMPI, Handle 
Introspection, MPI_T Side Doc, Unique IDs) that may have a larger 
impact on implementations and we wanted to grow the circle of people 
participating in the discussion.

I created a poll to find a suitable date for the meeting time of the 
working group.

poll, so we can find a date and time that suits the majority of people.

I would like to settle on a date and time before the holidays and 
start afresh in January 2024.
