[Mpi-forum] MPI 4.1 Author Names and Institutions

Thanks for pointing that out Jeff. I’ll see if I can put something together for the GitHub folks.

For the WG Zooms, I do need help from the WGs themselves to know who’s active. If you have someone in your WG that doesn’t attend the main meetings, please let me know and I can add them.
