The Semantic Terms WG would like to announce the first vote for issue #96 - Update to Semantic Terms Section, here are the details:

We would also like to announce a "no-no-vote" for the changes since the reading. These changes include updates due to the addition of the Partitioned Point-to-Point Communications chapter to the standard and text updates to the MPI_REQUEST_FREE section.
