[Mpi-forum] Announcing Two Votes Related to Ticket #25 at Barcelona

We are announcing two votes for Ticket #25 in Barcelona


1) No no votes on minor changes made to the Chapter since the first vote (typographical an similar omissions)


Providing the no-no vote passes

2) Second vote on ticket #25
