[Mpi-forum] MPI Forum Dates for 2018

We should be able to host it in Microsoft Portland. Better to be in Portland during the summer, but spring/summer is ok too

Intel has a site in Santa Clara that is no less accessible than Cisco, but I don't know what sort of public conference space we have there.

I prefer Microsoft Portland to any other west coast site, and not just because it's closer to my house than my office :-)
