[Mpi-forum] Logistics for MPI Forum Meeting in Kobe/Japan

I found room in the Kobe hotels, but that was a few weeks ago (although,
it was indeed tight there already back then). As for the Kyoto hotels, I
ended up booking through orbitz, which allowed booking over the weekend,
of course.
I’ll ask our hosts of there are any other options they can recommend.
