Hi all,
I put up a very preliminary agenda for the next MPI forum meeting (on the web site at the usual place). It is still a bit sparse, but is based on the information I got so far (please let me know if I missed anything). I only received updates and/or requests from about half the WGs - if you haven't done so, please send me your requests for WG or plenary time as soon as possible.
As a heads-up: I will be out of the country and unavailable (i.e., no email access) from 8/2 to 8/19 and, while Jeff Squyres has agreed to be a contact during this time in case of urgent matters, anything I will get after tomorrow is likely not ending up on the webpage until after I return.
As for the quorum, it seems that we will reach quorum at the MPI forum meeting, so readings and errata votes will count (assuming they reach a quorum on the individual votes), but this is not 100% secure. To help us plan better, please let me know if you are planning to attend (if you haven't done so already).
Also, please remember that tickets for errata items and readings must be announced to the forum mailing list at least 14 days before the start of the meeting. However, the sooner the better to help schedule the right time slots.
Thanks!
Martin
