[Mpi-forum] MPI 3.0 overview

Rich,

I already updated my overview slides on Aug.21, but it looks like
that I forgot to send it around.
I tried to make correct courtesy-notes, but I'm not sure.
The slides are partially based on an old version from you
which was based on chapter committee's or author's slides.

I'll send you the ppt and all who want to get the ppt
may sent me a short reply.
