With the exception of the Dynamics chapter (which is imminent) and the change that Rajeev queried the forum on, I believe all other changes are done.

I have not made my chapter changes yet (e.g., from Jeremiah's or Reinhold's suggestions).  Have all other chapter authors done theirs?
