[Mpi-forum] MPI 3.0 Implementation Question

I am scheduled to give an overview of MPI 3.0 at EuroMPI, and subsequently at an SC BoF.  One of the things users are interested in is the state of the implementation, and expected plans, if such an implementation is incomplete in the MPI you support.  I would like to ask each MPI development group to forward information on the following topics:



- Nonblocking collectives

- RMA enhancements

- MPI Tool Interface

- New Fortran bindings
- Sparse collectives
- Enhanced Datatype support
- Distributed Graph
- Noncollective communicator creation

I would like to know what sort of time-line your implementation has planned for these features. This will be presented in public, so make sure that what you pass on, is what you want to have out in public - this is not intended to obligate anyone to anything, but to give users an idea of what might be happening.  If you have no current plans to support a given functionality, please indicate why.  Please indicate which MPI implementation you are reporting on, and in organizations with more than a single MPI implementation, information on as many as possible would be appreciated.
