Hi all,

Merged tickets for my chapters (Colls, Topology, RMA):

all in approved/MPI-3.0 . I also added comments to all tickets that I
merged. Author fields are not always set correctly, I suggest we
re-discuss the purpose/usage of those fields.

All the Best,
