Hi all,
Merged tickets for my chapters (Colls, Topology, RMA):
Topology:

#258
#158
#162
#259
#299
Collectives:

#265
#312
RMA:

#308
all in approved/MPI-3.0 . I also added comments to all tickets that I
merged. Author fields are not always set correctly, I suggest we
re-discuss the purpose/usage of those fields.
