[Mpi-forum] 4 days at July meeting

Hi all,

are we really doing 4 days in July. July 16-19, 2012?

July meeting will be mainly the second votes to the 1st votes in Japan.
And new next-MPI discussions.

Do we really want to meet on 4 days, i.e., from Mon. 1pm 
until Thu noon?

Or do we shorten it to the current schedule, i.e., from Mon. 1pm 
until Wed 3pm?

Or do we go back to the original schedule, i.e., from Mon. 1pm 
until Wed noon?

I'm starting to fix my flights, therefore it would be nice to have 
an answer soon.
Does somebody has already booked his/her July-flight?
