[Mpi-forum] Fortran Ticket #229

I am having the same problem -- mpi-report.tex is borked.

It doesn't seem to be a problem with MAKE_FUNC_INDEX or MAKE_APPLANG -- mpi-report.tex itself is hosed (I get a latex error on every single line).

pdflatex mpi-report.tex
This is pdfTeX, Version 3.1415926-2.3-1.40.12 (TeX Live 2011/MacPorts 2011_5)
