[Mpi-forum] Meeting schedule for 2012

I support the idea here but the only way this is practical for me is
if it works to double-dip with IPDPS. It is just crazy to fly to Asia
and back twice in the same month and I highly doubt DOE would pay for
me to do it even if I wanted to.
