[Mpi-forum] Sept meetings

We will do the best to keep votes away from Sat, but will not promise we will do that.  I am waiting a bit longer to see if there are any additional requests for time, before adding time for the Fortran official reading - I really do want to keep this to one session not to exceed 2 hours.  I have a list of about half a dozen different activities that may want time, and hope to settle on this in the next 3 weeks or so.

There is no overlap with the EuroMPI conference.
