In reading the instruction document, I see lists of various macros, but not a precise definition of what they do. In some cases, this is ok because there's only one choice of macro to use (e.g., \typedefindexname{...}). But in other cases, multiple macros are grouped together and there's no description of what the differences are between these macros (e.g., \begin{funcdef}[name], \begin{funcdef2}[name], \begin{funcdefna}[name], \func{name}, \mpifunc{name}, \mpiemptybindidx{routine}{returnvalue}{indexed name}).
Can some description be added about the differences between macros when a bunch are grouped together like that?
Thanks!
