[Mpi-forum] where to find updated chapter author list

I was the chapter author for "10. Process Creation and Management" for 2.2.  Why are you picking on me?

I think Torsten's the only addition, right?  David Solt is not a chapter author (although he previously had a ticket that proposed extensive changes).
