[Mpi-forum] where to find updated chapter author list

Hi Folks,

The ticket webform has checkboxes for chapter authors, but the chapter author list at https://svn.mpi-forum.org/trac/mpi-forum-web/wiki/MPI2.2ChapterAuthors has the following issues:

1. not all chapter authors listed on the webform are listed as chapter authors in the list (e.g. Torsten Hoefler, David Solt)
2. not all chapters are listed (e.g. chapter 2: MPI Terms and Conventions, chapter 4: Datatypes)

A sorted list by chapter would be much more useful than the current format, as it would better answer "who is the owner of chapter X?", rather than "what chapters does author X own?"

Does anyone have a current list of chapter authors?  I'll be happy to fix the above chapter authors page to have a list ordered by chapter of the authors.
