We are making arrangements with the Residence Inn by the Lloyd Center in Portland (within walking distance of the convention center) for this meeting.  The expectation is that for this particular meeting there will be a larger demand for rooms after the meeting (Friday and Sat nights), because of SC.  We are trying to get an accurate count for such a block, so if you need a reservation on those nights please e-mail me (and not the mailing list) today, so we can ensure you get a room and sign a contract for the appropriate number of rooms.  The rate is $120/night.
