[Mpi-forum] SVN moved

The MPI Forum SVN just moved to a different management system (again,  
for totally uninteresting reasons).

The next time you do something in the mpi-forum-docs SVN, you may have  
to accept a new certificate and/or re-authenticate.  Just use the same  
username/password that you use for Trac and it should work fine.  Let  
me know if you have any questions or problems.
