[Mpi-forum] Wiki registration thinks I am a machine

I attempted to register for the Wiki
<https://svn.mpi-forum.org/trac/mpi-forum-web/register> but failed at
least four times.  Because no error messages are given, I cannot
determine if I am a machine because I cannot read the CAPTCHAs, if my
username/password/email are invalid, or if there is a server-side
problem.

Any suggestions?

Even if my failure is not due to CAPTCHAs, I have a great deal of
trouble reading the ones that show up.
