[Mpi-forum] Feb Meeting logistics

Registration for the Feb 9-11 MPI Forum in San Jose are in place.  We are
meeting at the Cisco facility in San Jose this time, with the exact location
still TBD.  We have a room block in the same hotel we used last time.
Cutoff for the hotel rooms is Jan 21st.
