The survey is actually doing quite well -- Rolf has been sending "reminder" notices around this morning asking people to take the survey (I've gotten 20 responses so far this morning from all over Europe).

Keep 'em coming!  The survey will close at midnight on Dec. 31, 2009.

I haven't done any analysis of the responses yet.
