[Mpi-forum] Active Messages Working Group

Most of the resources are now in place to support the newly formed Active
Messages working group.  Darius Buntinas from Argonne National Laboratory is
leading the effort.  There appears to a problem with the mailing list ­ it
is working but can¹t sign up for it ­ but this should be fixed in the near
term.
