[Mpi-forum] Pages 138-146 in MPI-2.1 book (by HLRS) - wrong page and line numbers

Hi all,

I'm very sorry, that I must report, that on pages 138-146,
the page and line numbers in the printed yellow book
(published by HLRS) differ from the official standard (pdf)!

I do not know why. May be a mystery of Latex.

I made a CAUTION-line in
