[Mpi-forum] MPI-2.1 book at SC08

Hi Rolf,
This looks good.  I plan to post one of these at the ASC booth -- I'll 
get the booth number to you later.  However, there's a typo in the pdf 
if you have time to fix it and send out a new version.  It should read 
"We are a member ..." instead of "We are member".
