Face-to-face meetings:
**********************
At this stage we have managed to get the meeting organizational items setup
on line. The official url for the meetings is at meetings.mpi-forum.org .
That site has a link to the meeting details at
https://meetings.mpi-forum.org/Meeting_details.html, where we will keep
meeting details updated. The "Logistics" link has a link to on-line
registration for the next meeting, where on-line credit card payments for
the meeting can be made. The fee for the next meeting will be $200/person -
at the meeting the only method of payment that will be accepted will be by
check made out to "MPI Forum". The proposed Agenda is also posted, and
ballots 3 and 4 will also be available from that page in the next couple of
days.

New Working Group:
******************
A new working group - MPI Sub-Setting - has been formed. Alexander Supalov
from Intel will chair this working group, and will send out information in
the near future about activities in this working group.

Mailing Lists:
**************
All the mailing lists have been migrated to lists.mpi-forum.org. The older
lists will be kept open for about a month, being forwarded to the new lists.
Most of the new mailing lists have been pre-populated. The mailing lists
are:
