[Mpi-22] SVN committing MPI-2.2 latex

I would like the author check boxes in addition to the new states;  
that makes it easier to keep track of who needs to be poked :)

And FWIW, I'd also prefer to have a single data source, but I need one  
that will give me a quick overview of the state of the world (and  
would do so without giving me constant tracebacks).  There's still  
info in my spreadsheet that isn't easily extracted from Trac.
