A ticket 0 change (which, I agree, we could argue for) will not appear in any public form until 3.1 or 4.0, but in the meantime people could get confused.<br></blockquote><div><br></div>That's a good point. However, possibly I misunderstood procedure, as I have been putting ticket 0 changes in the errata (not committed, just in my version). The only one I haven't put in the errata is the one that was simply a font issue and not a correction. That one I only corrected in 3.1 (not committed).
