[mpiwg-tools] No call today: Sep 21, 2023

Dear all,

as I am still on sick leave and some others are still on travel for 
the OpenMP meeting, I would skip today's meeting.

With the last issues for MPI 4.1 being on their way, I would like to 
pick up the more long-term issues that accumulated while we were 
focusing on the 4.1 topics starting next week.
