Keith sent me some good comments and I've uploaded a new, slightly  
revised version (affecting just comment on active messages).

For all you you who have sent in good words about the presentation,  
credit should go to Torsten - I started with an earlier presentation  
that he put together and updated it (and Torsten also updated that as  
well).
