Current topics for discussion include:<br>

1) Ownership-passing (allocating receive, freeing send). We need a solid use-case to guide the design of the semantics for this.<br>

2) New built-in data-types (FP16, others). Flurry of activity at (and straight after) the last face-to-face meeting. Anything since?<br>
<br>
3) INFO query (issue #63, PR #27). Ready for voting at next face-to-face meeting.<br>
