This ticket proposes going through the document to find and correct these errors.</div><div><br></div><div>I think this is a worthwhile ticket, even though it obviously won't provide a lot of fun work for anyone. We should start with some accepted definitions of error, fault, failure, etc. and then replace accordingly. I'm willing to do some of the legwork here, but it won't be fast. This would also be great if anyone has a summer student.</div></body></html>
