We are still missing a few chapters (6, 8, 9, 10) that have changes to them (due to #388, Fortran bindings) that we need to add for review. Chapter committee chairs: please send those to me.</div><div><br></div><div>Also, I am still waiting for confirmation from most chapter committee chairs that they will be present at the Portland meeting to read their chapters. If you didn’t send me email, I’ll expect you be there for the readings.
