I just posed a first draft of an Asynchronous interface to the
MPI_Comm_spawn operations for process management. The wiki page is here:

This is a rough draft at the moment, and I know we have not talked
about this on the teleconference calls yet. I wanted to post something
so we can start talking about it at a high level before nailing down
too many specifics. And to see if there is anyone interested in
helping me with this proposal.
