We are at 6 rooms under the number of rooms we need to pick up to satisfy
the room requirement. If any of you have reserved a room at the hotel, but
not under the reserved block of rooms, please let me know, and if you can,
please contact the hotel and have the reservation linked to the meeting
(code: ipmipma.). Also, if you plan to reserve a room, and have not yet
done so, please do so ASAP.
